Log into your WittShop account and select the item you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
